IABC Nashville ready to mix and mingle at after-hours mixer

NASHVILLE – IABC Nashville is taking a break from its monthly professional development luncheons to present a little after-hours fun and networking. IABC Nashville members and guests will gather at Bar Louie, located in The Gulch at 314 11th Avenue, on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 5:30-7:30 p.m. for happy hour to mix, mingle and relax in a casual atmosphere with professional communicators working in and around Nashville.

This pre-pay event is $5 for members and $10 for non-members. In addition to networking opportunities, attendees will be treated to appetizers, a cash bar and a chance to win several door prizes sponsored by McQuiddy and StagePost.

“This mixer will be a great opportunity for those working in the communications, advertising, public relations and marketing fields, or anyone who is new to the area, to come together for an evening of fun and connection,” said Julie K. Davis, president of IABC Nashville.

Parking for Bar Louie is available on the street after 5 p.m., along with access to several pay lots and valet.
